OKEO TEX STANDARD

At Daletec, our fabric prioritizes safety and comfort, ensuring no skin reactions or allergies. We take pride in introducing the 'Dale Comfort' softness standard, setting a benchmark that others strive to meet.

Our commitment extends to comprehensive human-ecological attributes, covering prohibited or regulated harmful substances, chemicals known to be detrimental to health (though not officially forbidden), and precautionary safeguard parameters. Tested under the Oeko-Tex product classification system, our textiles adhere to stringent standards based on their intended use.

Daletec exclusively employs Oeko-Tex certified dyestuffs and chemicals, with the majority of our fabrics achieving Oeko-Tex class II certification, signifying their safety for direct skin contact. Experience FR clothing that not only meets but exceeds the highest standards of safety and comfort.

BCI (Better Cotton Initiative)

The BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) exists to make global cotton production better for the people who produce it, better for the environment it grows in and better for the textile sector’s future. BCI aims to transform cotton production worldwide by developing Better Cotton as a sustainable mainstream commodity.

The move to BCI cotton is a step in Daletec’s strategy of not only processing high quality flame retardant products, but at the same time processing responsibly with as gentle footprint in our environment as possible.

UL (Underwriters Laboratories)

UL (Underwriters Laboratories) is a global safety and certification company.

The recognized component mark is a type of quality mark issued by UL. It is placed on components which are intended to be part of UL listed products. Daletec has their fabrics certified by UL according to NFPA 2112.

Organic Content Standard (OCS)

Daletec’s production facility is certified for OCS. The Organic Content Standard (OCS) relies on third-party verification to verify a final product contains the accurate amount of a given organically grown material. It does not address the use of chemicals or any social or environmental aspects of production beyond the integrity of the organic material.

The OCS uses the chain of custody requirements of the Content Claim Standard (CCS). The aim of this standard is to guarantee the traceability and integrity of the raw materials during all the manufacturing stages.

ISO 9001

Daletec’s production facility is certified for ISO 9001.

This certification specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

OEKO-TEX STeP

Daletec’s production facility is certified to Oeko Tex STeP with highest level 3.

This is the most reliable certification process, warranting distinction in all production processes, from eco-friendly products to socially acceptable working conditions. It covers all the relevant aspects, such as Social Responsibility, Health & Safety, Chemical Management, Environmental Protection, Quality Management and Environment Management.

ISO 14001:2015

Daletec’s production facility is certified for ISO 14001:2015.

This standard sets out the criteria for an environmental management system and maps out a framework that a company or organization can follow to set up an effective environmental management system.
